The AV1 robot goes to school for Alice
Alice
13-year-old Alice is in the sixth grade at Handskerydsskolan in Nässjö and due to illness she has not been able to physically attend school during the pandemic. Thanks to AV1, she instead attends the lessons remotely.
It's made a big difference to me since I got the robot, it's better now than before.
When the corona pandemic hit over a year ago, Alice's parents chose for her to be homeschooled. A congenital disease problem makes her susceptible to infection.
This year has been quite tough for Alice because there has been so much talk in the media about covid-19. She has been worried about being affected because she gets so incredibly sick if she just gets the flu, says father Marcus Nordal.
